Waterloo is one of the busiest mainline terminus stations in London, indeed in Europe as a whole and yet the area around the station and beyond is surprisingly calm and more like akin to a quiet suburb than an inner city near to central London district. How many bedrooms does it have and do you have people stay often, are you an entertainer and does it have a dining room or kitchen large enough to cater for regular dinner parties or get-togethers, is the flat or apartment furnished or unfurnished and if so, will you be able to get all your furniture in or will you need to make a raid on the local furniture store in the area?
Is the locality in which the flat or apartment you have you eyes on next door to a busy intersection or near a night spot which comes alive late at night, probably not a good idea if your job entails an early start every day, like wise if you work nights, not good to be near a busy road intersection or traffic junction.
Do you own a vehicle, is there garaging for vehicles and if not, is there practical on or off street parking, where is it and how far is it from your new abode and is it free to park and is it yet secure, and if you are a cyclist, is there a safe and secure place to store the cycle, and if so, where?
